Oceana Maritime Training Institute was founded with the objective of imparting quality maritime education and training to both fresh candidates joining the merchant navy and existing seafarers. The academy is headed by a foreign-going Master Mariner with extensive sea and shore experience, supported by qualified lecturers and practical training instructors.
The institute is located at B1–B7, 1st Floor, B Wing, Agarwal Trade Centre, Shahbaz Village, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400614, Maharashtra. It has earned a strong reputation for comprehensive STCW training, modern infrastructure, and a supportive learning environment.
